Paul Tosetti
Coach Paul Tosetti has been a Martial Arts Instructor for over 15 years. His students have ranged in age from 4 to 74. He is a high energy, dynamic instructor that teaches the individual, not just the class.
Coach Paul is a former international forms and fighting champion and has trained with the legendary Shaolin Monks at their exclusive Shaolin Temple near Zhen Zhou in China. He has over 19 years of Western Martial Arts experience and has studied the practical application and techniques of European Masters such as Joahannes Liechtenauer, Giovanni Dall'Agocchie, and Achille Marozzo.

Coach Melissa Tosetti is a second-degree black belt who has been practicing Martial Arts for over 15 years. She has competed in both forms and fighting in the United States and internationally. Coach Melissa has been practicing Western Martial Arts for over 11 years and also has a background in competitive Fencing.

Erika Lawrence
Coach Erika Lawrence holds a black belt and has been studying Martial Arts for over 12 years. She has trained in Kung Fu, Judo, San Shou, Kickboxing, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Coach Erika has also competed in forms and fighting and has been teaching Martial Arts for over 5 years.

Marc Wong
Coach Marc Wong holds a 3rd degree black belt in Choy Lay Fut Kung Fu and has been practicing martial arts for over 15 years. His training philosophy focuses on developing a strong foundation through repetition and attention to detail. Coach Marc has competed nationally and internationally and has won championships in forms and weapons.

Susan Yakushi
Coach Susan Yakushi holds a black belt in Choy Lay Fut Kung Fu and has been studying martial arts for over five years. She has competed in both forms and sparring. Coach Susan is a former triathlete and century cyclist.
