Fearless Fitness Intensity Training (FFIT) is a unique and personalized fitness program allowing you to break through your plateaus and get results! Our instructors are upbeat and teach the individual, not just the class. Expect to have fun and stay motivated. Our workouts are martial arts based and influenced by Pilates, Yoga, Bootcamp and 2nd grade recess.
What is muscle confusion? Muscle confusion is the process of constantly introducing new movements with varying speed, difficulty and force, so your body never gets complacent and your fitness level keeps rising. More importantly, you never get bored. Imagine looking forward to your next workout! Add intensity to your workout and your results come even faster. No matter what your fitness level, the FFIT classes can be modified for your needs.

We offer a $20 Fearless Fitness gift certificate for each of our students who maintain their weight from the week of Thanksgiving to January 2nd. We have a 90% success rate. -

Distance is no reason not to get and stay FFIT. The FFIT@home program was created for fans of FFIT who live too far away to participate.

Just finished Bay to Breakers with a time of 1 hr 24 min 28 sec and I could not have done it without the support of Coach Erika. She ran the entire time with me-definately won't get that kind of one-on-one anywhere else – and without her there I probably would have given up and walked after the first mile. I've never run more than 3 miles before (back in high school) but somehow I managed to make it through almost 7.5 miles on Sunday. After having knee surgery last May and again in January I didn't think I would be able to do it – but when I saw the ocean I nearly cried. Coach Erika helped me get through the race and tap into something inside of me I didn't think I had. I know she could have easily run ahead of me and completed the race on her own in less than an hour, but because she knew getting through the race was important to me she stuck with me and got me through it. Fearless Fitness is truely a place to achieve your fitness goals whatever they may be.
