FFIT@home was created for fans of FFIT who live too far away to participate in person. It is a subscription based fitness program with downloadable workouts, a sane nutrition program and the support of your FFIT coaches.
For the majority who struggle with weight loss, focusing on just exercise or nutrition will not give the results desired. Tailoring your body requires a combination of Exercise, Nutrition and Support. These are the keys to success. FFIT@home believes:
FFIT@home's workouts are martial arts based and influenced by Pilates, Yoga, Bootcamp and 2nd grade recess. Workouts on camera are real — no script, no rest between exercises and no reshoots. The results are surprising and hilarious workouts. They implement muscle confusion; varying in exercise, timing and intensity. Four workouts are available at all times with a brand new workout available each week and viewable on www.ffit.tv.
FFIT@home encourages members to focus on consuming whole foods, implement portion control and eat consciously. This is not a diet — it's a lifestyle allowing you to indulge in your favorite treats in moderation.

Eureka! FFIT@home is exactly what I need. It's fun, it's flexible and I can feel my body changing!
